With a diverse background in administration, customer service, aviation, and real estate, Rachael brings a unique blend of professionalism, attention to detail, and client-focused service to property management. Her career began with Air New Zealand, where she gained invaluable experience in administration and customer service—skills that laid the foundation for her strong organizational abilities and commitment to delivering exceptional client care.

She later transitioned to Qantas, serving as both a Flight Attendant and  Onboard Cabin Manager. This role honed her leadership, communication, and crisis management skills—essential qualities when overseeing tenancies and handling the day-to-day challenges of property management.

Her passion for real estate led her to work as a personal assistant and licensed salesperson in the South Auckland region, where she developed an in-depth understanding of the property market, landlord-tenant relationships, and the importance of maintaining long-term value in property assets. 

Today, she combines all these experiences to offer clients a reliable, responsive, and results-driven approach to managing their investment properties and supporting the property management team. Rachael prides herself in clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and building lasting relationships based on trust and performance.
